STaR (Small Town and Rural) Ministry Alliance
Approximately 55 percent of the ELCA’s 10,776 congregations are in small town and rural settings. In order to better serve this large and diverse constituency, the ELCA is developing the ELCA Small Town and Rural Ministry Alliance.
