Missional Leadership
Living in today’s world is both challenging and exciting for today’s Christian. Everywhere we look we see both God’s activity in the world and the world to experience the gospel of Jesus Christ. In response to these opportunities and challenges, the ELCA is constantly looking for missional leaders who can and will make a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. The Leadership Office and Team of the Evangelical Outreach and Congregational Mission Unit are constantly looking for lay and rostered leaders for the development of new ministries and congregations and the renewal of existing congregations.
